This bear taught me stillness. Complete peace and stillness can only be within. Where is this within? Within our mind.
There is one aspect of mind that separates and divides this peace. Fear. Fear keeps hidden what is always present and waiting to emerge within each human being on this planet. Love can be found below the constant chatter of fear. Be still and listen.
Everything God creates is holy and divine. All of Gods creations are an extension of him, which is perfect. Deny this truth and you deny Gods love. Going to the Holy altar within is where your spirit will hear the voice of God and his love for you. No one can do this for you. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Love is your true home.
